Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Creative Wellness Circles, our group coaching sessions, are included within our Standard membership tier. While not included with the membership, we do occasionally offer personal coaching. To explore whether personal coaching is right for you, please contact Stephanie at stephanie@centerforcreativewellness.com.
